Q4 2025 Europe Roundup: Cleanups, Prevention Outreach and Human-Rights Education Initiatives

During the last quarter of 2025, volunteers associated with Scientology social programmes carried out a range of local activities in different European cities. The quarter’s roundup featured neighbourhood cleanups and public-space restoration, alongside drug-prevention outreach and information campaigns and human-rights learning initiatives delivered through partner programmes.

Activities were reported in multiple European settings, from Italy and France to Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers supporting local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced news eu parliament *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.

Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, said: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
